Heads up on billing so there are no surprises:
When you add your card, we will ping it with a small test charge to make sure it works. It is a temporary hold, not a real charge, and it vanishes on its own.
You are not charged today. On your first service day, you will be billed for:
Your initial cleanup (if applicable)
Your first month of service
Any add-ons you selected
After that, you are billed monthly on your signup date (so if you sign up on the 6th, the 6th is your billing day every month).

Show your Poofessional some love. A small tip goes a long way and is added automatically to each visit.
We spray your yard with a pet-safe deodorizer to knock out odors between scoops. Hose spigot access required. Available during warmer months.

On each scheduled visit, we’ll scoop and bag all pet waste from your yard. If we ever have to skip a visit due to weather, no worries, we’ll remove the extra waste at your next scheduled visit at no additional charge. We can’t scoop what we can’t see, so please make sure your yard is accessible on service days.
