Our neighbor is a customer of Yard Guard and with this past winter and having two young dogs we said let’s give them a try. Their customer service is impeccable. They showed up on time. They worked efficiently and did a great job. And they cost was well worth one less hassle for us! Thanks Yard Guard.

Nick and his team at Yard guard LLC is very excellent in customer service and And very prompt on our pet waist removal needs. The communication and the up-to-date text messages is phenomenal. They are very affordable. I highly recommend their services for years to come.

I absolutely love Yard Guard. They’re efficient, very responsive customer service. They have a great team, they work with your budget, and needs. You customize your service. I have them come out once a week, they send me a message well in advance so that I can ensure my dogs are inside. Highly recommend their services. It helps us out so much!

We have 5 dogs, sometimes more, but each time that Wendy (our tech) scoops our large backyard, it’s totally clean. She’s professional & courteous. Easy to access online & responds quickly. I highly recommend this service to anyone. Reasonable prices too!

The yard was spotless, not a scrap of poop to be seen, and the work was done amazingly quick. The price is also really good for dealing with an issue not many people want to clean up themselves. Will definitely be using them again.

Highly recommend! Very professional, thorough, and I love all the communication like text reminders and also has an easy to use client portal. We love that they send pictures of the closed gate after each visit and text to let you know when they’re finished. It’s great to know when dogs are free to be let outside. The price is fantastic and the service offered just makes my busy life so much easier! Great experience!

I signed up for yard guard after the Q102 Jeff & Jenn show commercial. I thought I would try it out for a bit. They are amazing. Having their professionals scoop my yard once a week has saved me so much time. They do such a wonderful job and they communicate via text before and after completing the job. They wear disposable booties to avoid cross contamination, which makes me feel great. Honestly, It’s one of the better investments in time that I’ve made. Thank you, YG!

They did a fantastic job of cleaning up the yard. With 5 dogs, 4 large and 1 small, it was no small task. I’m not good at sharing my tasks with others because I generally just figure out how to do it all myself. But it was really nice to know it was one less thing I didn’t need to worry about it trying to get done amongst the businesses of life. Thank you!!

Their service is amazing! They are quick to respond to questions and changes, always lock the gate, and are always very thorough (even when the grass is a bit longer with the rain lol). We could not recommend them enough. We also lost one of our fur babies and they were quick to update our account, offered a credit for the next month since we’d had already been charged, and offered the sweetest condolences for our pup. If you’re on the fence about their service, do it!
