Please review these terms, which apply to all commercial service agreements.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.
By signing a service agreement or receiving services from Yard Guard LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please notify us before services begin. -
SERVICES PROVIDED.
We provide professional pet waste removal, deodorization, and waste station maintenance for commercial properties,
including HOAs, apartment complexes, and public spaces. Service details are specified in your proposal or service agreement. -
COMMERCIAL SERVICE GUIDELINES.
Greenspace Cleaning: Does not include removal of small hazardous debris (cigarettes, needles, glass, etc.),
large items (bigger than a scoop bin), or hazardous materials. Pet waste hidden by leaves, yard debris, or pooled water may not be fully removed.Waste Station Service: Keys to all serviced stations must be provided before work begins. If installation is delayed due to weather or supply issues,
our team will clean the surrounding area until the station is installed, billed at the same rate. Final station placement must be approved in writing.Community Trash Can Service: If included in your agreement, Yard Guard will empty designated community trash cans and haul waste off-site.
Damaged, lidless, or overflowing cans may require extra visits billed at an additional rate. If a trash can is damaged, missing, or unusable,
we’ll notify your property manager or designated contact. -
SAFETY & ACCESSIBILITY.
Safe, unobstructed access to all service areas must be maintained. We are not responsible for delays caused by locked gates,
blocked areas, or unsafe conditions. Pets should be indoors or securely restrained during service. -
WEATHER & HOLIDAY SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS.
Commercial services are not subject to our standard residential weather or holiday skip policy. If a service day falls on a holiday
or is impacted by severe weather, we will adjust the service date within the same week whenever possible to ensure waste is removed in a timely manner. -
BILLING & PAYMENT.
Initial/one-time payments are due upon signing. Monthly invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for that month’s services (Net 30).
Services started mid-month will be prorated on your first invoice. Past due invoices over 30 days may incur late fees and interest.
Non-payment may result in service suspension until payment is made. -
EMERGENCY SERVICE.
We may provide extra service visits for: station vandalism, overflowing trash cans, or excess pet waste.
Additional visits will be billed on your next invoice. -
AGREEMENT TERM & NOTICES.
This agreement automatically renews monthly until canceled in writing by either party. Either party may cancel with 45 days written notice.
Yard Guard will provide 60 days written notice for any price increases. -
PHOTOS & MEDIA USAGE.
We may take photos of serviced areas for documentation or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have photos used, please notify us in writing. -
LIABILITY.
Yard Guard LLC is not responsible for lawn, landscape, or property damage from normal operations, or injuries/issues caused by pets during service. -
CHANGES TO TERMS.
We may update these terms at any time with at least two (2) weeks’ notice. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance.
