Welcome to Yard Guard LLC! We’re excited to keep your yard clean, safe, and stress-free. Please review these Terms of Service, which apply to all residential services.

Acceptance of Terms.
By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. -
Services Provided.
We provide professional pet waste removal and related services as described on our website and in your service confirmation.
We may place a small yard sign after service to confirm completion and spread awareness. You can opt out—just let us know. -
Safety & Accessibility.
To ensure effective service, you agree to: (a) maintain safe, unobstructed access to your yard (locked gates, aggressive pets, or blocked areas may result in a charged but unperformed visit); (b) notify us of changes in number of pets; and (c) keep grass reasonably mowed and heavy leaves/debris to a minimum so waste is visible. -
Weather Policy.
Severe weather or unsafe conditions may prevent service on your scheduled day. If a visit is skipped, we will remove the accumulated waste at your next scheduled visit.
You are billed as usual because double the work is completed on the return visit. -
Holiday Schedule.
We do not operate on: New Year’s Day (Jan 1), Memorial Day (last Mon in May), Independence Day (Jul 4), Labor Day (first Mon in Sep), Veterans Day (Nov 11), Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thu in Nov), and Christmas Day (Dec 25).
If your regular service falls on one of these holidays, you will still be billed as we handle the additional waste at the next visit.
Prefer to scoop yourself that week? Tell us in advance for a prorated bill. -
Payment Policy.
A valid payment method must be on file before services begin. Your initial visit is billed at the time of service.
Ongoing service is billed monthly on the same date you began service (rolling basis).
Non-payment may result in service suspension until the balance is paid. A yard reset/initial clean fee may apply based on time since last clean. -
Scheduling & Cancellations.
To schedule, pause, or cancel service, contact us via phone or email. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
If pets won’t use the yard for an extended time (e.g., vacation), let us know so we can pause service. -
Free Scoop Promotion (if offered).
Free Scoop offers are for first-time residential customers who remain active for at least three (3) months with good payment history.
Returning customers may be ineligible and may incur an initial clean fee based on number of dogs and yard condition. -
Service Area.
We serve specific Northern Kentucky areas listed on our website. If you are unsure whether you are in our service area, please contact us before signing up. -
Privacy.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. -
Photos & Media Usage.
We may take photos of yards, scoop areas, and pets for documentation or promotional purposes, unless you opt out.
To opt out, notify us in writing and we will honor your preference. (See our Terms, Section 11 – Photos & Media Usage.) -
Liability.
While we take great care, Yard Guard LLC is not responsible for lawn, landscape, or property damage resulting from normal service operations,
or for injuries/issues related to pet behavior during service. Please ensure pets are indoors or safely restrained during visits. -
Changes to Terms, Fees & Promotions.
We may update these Terms, pricing, or promotions from time to time. We provide at least two (2) weeks’ notice for significant changes.
Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance. -
Termination of Service.
Either party may cancel service with written notice. Any outstanding balance is due within fifteen (15) days of cancellation.
