Absolutely. The safety of your pets and family is our top priority. We use eco-friendly, chlorine-based cleaners potent enough to kill pathogens like Canine Parvovirus, ensuring your yard is not only clean but also sanitized to the highest standards while being safe for the environment and your loved ones.
After each visit, our team will send you a picture of your closed gate to confirm that it has been securely locked. This way, you can be assured that your pets and property are safe.
We scoop almost every day! We’re out scooping Monday through Friday, except on a few holidays when we take a break: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If your regular service falls on one of these days, we’ll tackle double the mess at your next visit! Prefer to handle it yourself that week? Just give us a heads-up, and we’ll adjust your bill.
Yard Guard has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $65 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $95 and $135 per month.
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
